🌟 As a professional, fully qualified and insured therapist, utilising a combination of deep relaxation techniques, mindfulness meditation, and hypnotherapy I shall guide you into a deeply relaxed calm state, reducing any stress or anxiety. Everyday worries will fade away as you prioritise yourself during this sacred time, leaving you feeling relaxed, refreshed, positive, confident and at peace.

🌟 The session commences promptly at 7.30pm, so please bring along anything you require including yoga mat, cushion and blanket to make yourself comfortable if lying down. Alternatively, if you’d rather be seated chairs are available for use, just remember to bring your blanket. I shall bring along a small selection of aromatherapy oils for you to utilise during the session on your mat or if you have your own personal favourite please feel free to bring it along. Everyone who attends will also receive a FREE copy of my relaxation audio to listen to in the comfort of your own home.
