Pain Management

I am definitely more optimistic & have been searching for ways to improve my life both physically & mentally since starting my sessions with Jane. My immediate family have noticed a positive difference in me. This process has helped me explore things I didn’t know needed exploring & changes I wouldn’t have implemented on my own. My pain thresholds have improved & I am now undertaking gentle exercise. Jane is absolutely lovely, very knowledgeable, kind & caring.
