Life Transitions & Fear of Heights

I went to Jane some months ago initially trying to overcome my fear of heights, in particular, driving at heights.  The sessions we have had have covered so much more than this and extended my confidence after a significant change in working circumstances. The sessions have helped enormously.  I never thought I'd be able to drive along a high road with steep drops running along side it without feeling utter terror but I can now thanks to Jane. I have also been able to regain a lot of confidence in work situations that had definitely been lost over the past couple of years.  Would thoroughly recommend Jane.
